Marcos Cesar Perera Blasco adds Enterprise Corps to his ingredients for success
Marcos Cesar Perera Blasco grew up in a rural community in Argentina. Working on a farm was his main source of income. In his hometown of Pasteur, he handled everything from picking up fresh milk from local farmers to chopping wood to heat up the milk and produce mozzarella from start to finish.
Perera is the founder of Che Chori (translated to “people’s food”), an Argentine eatery established in 2020 on the west side of Indianapolis.

Jeff Nesbitt grew up in Grand Junction, Colorado. He thought one day he would be taking over the family’s construction business, but he did not stick around long enough to learn what it took to run it. Instead, he joined the U.S. Coast Guard, and while he was graduating boot camp his father sold the company.
That could have crushed Nesbitt’s entrepreneurial spirit, but it appears to have done just the opposite. That closed door set him on a career path that would lead to owning his own security company. Nesbitt runs MSI Security, and he does not run it alone.

Antonio Chapital was a stay-at-home dad with a camera he had received as a gift.
