Jackie Turner
Database Analyst/Programmer
Jackie joined the IBRC team in March 2007 as a Database Analyst/Programmer responsible for development and maintenance of database management systems.
With more than 25 years experience in the Information Technology field, Jackie has worked on several high exposure government and private sector projects in a range of industries including National Defense, Education, Technology, Telecommunications, and State and Local Government. Jackie has been performing duties as a Microsoft Enterprise products and solution specialist since 1990. Some of his roles and responsibilities have been Software Engineer, client/server applications developer; Database Administrator/Developer for MS SQL Server, Sybase SQL Server, NOMAD2 and DB2 DBMSs; Business Requirements Analyst and Data Modeler.
Jackie earned a bachelor of science degree in Computer Science from California State University, Sacramento. He also received certifications for Computer Programming and Systems Analysis from the Institute for Certified Computer Programmers.
