Outside Vendors: $900
The $900 vendor fee includes the following:
- A 72”x30” table and two chairs in the exhibitor area throughout the conference, power included; Internet access costs $150 extra
- Early registration for one person (additonal people would pay registration fee for member/nonmember as appropriate)
- Access to all conference events including meals, breaks, field trip, etc.
Please ship materials to your own attention with your arrival date and note that you are with the AUBER conference so the items will be available to you when you check-in to the hotel.

Publication Exhibit
The conference will include a free publication exhibit for AUBER members, where AUBER research units can provide copies of recent publications for examination or dissemination to conference attendees.
If your unit desires to display publications, please ship materials to the following address no later than October 5.
